Lyle Johnson is a CrossFit junkie as well as a motivational speaker. Lyle has helped hundreds of clients reach their fitness and weight loss goals through his seminars and programs, training them to go from where they are to where they dream to be.

He has also consulted for many top corporations and government agencies, including The United States Army, Nike, The Ozzie Smith Foundation, and the St. Louis Cardinals Organization. He has spoken nationally at churches to raise the standards in health and wellness.
